Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Charleston, SC. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. Additional responsibilities include managing case files, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and ensuring timely and accurate support in all aspects of the litigation process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research and drafting Pleadings
- Ability to prepare and review Motions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience; experience in personal injury law is a plus
