We are currently seeking a dependable Cooking Assistant to join our kitchen team. This position supports daily meal preparation and helps provide quality meals for residents, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily meal preparation and food production.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and dishwashing as needed.
- Help receive, organize, and store food deliveries.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the Head Cook and kitchen staff with daily operations.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food preparation or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- Two years of cooking experience preferred but not required.About Us

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
