About Us
Rodeheaver Boys Ranch provides a stable, family-style home for boys from families in crisis. Since 1950, we’ve focused on helping young men grow in character and responsibility through structure, guidance, and care.
The Role
Live on-site and care for 6–8 boys in a cottage setting. Provide supervision, structure, and positive support to help each boy thrive at home, in school, and in the community.
Ideal for mature couples who work well together and enjoy mentoring youth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide daily routines
- Maintain a safe, structured home
- Teach life skills and responsibility
- Support school and activities
- Manage meals, chores, and transportation
- Communicate with staff and schools
Requirements
- Married 2 years; both age 25
- High school diploma (college preferred)
- Experience with youth or residential care a plus
- Pass background and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
