Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to support data analysis initiatives and ongoing projects
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Monitor performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions
- Assist in maintaining databases and data systems, ensuring proper functionality
- Document processes, procedures, and reporting methodologies
- Provide general support on special projects and departmental initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education, certifications, or hands-on training will be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
