Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting and accounts payable support, including processing invoices and tracking expenses
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and organize financial records, files, and documentation
- Support the accounting team with administrative and payables-related tasks
- Manage document workflows including scanning, filing, and electronic recordkeeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or related support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or relevant coursework/experience)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Location: Manassas, VA (On-Site)
Pay: $18–$20/hr
