Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and partner accounts in a high-volume outbound calling environment
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues for both partners and clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact to ensure consistent and accurate data transmission
- Communicate program value and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and resolve technical/data-related issues impacting account performance
- Support ongoing improvements and adherence to internal processes
- Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems
Requirements:
- 2 years of account management or client retention experience (call center environment preferred)
- 2 years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting-related roles
- Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
