This position is an inside sales and outbound telemarketing sales position. The individual will solicit new business from both existing customers and qualified leads by telephone, internet and mail.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales growth.
- Introduce products to new and existing customer base.
- Determine and offer specific products to meet the customer needs.
- Maintain and expand existing customer base and identify new potential prospects.
- Build loyal customer relationships with the business maintenance and purchasing departments to promote repeat business.
- Promote and sell products through suggestive sales techniques.
- Develop a customer follow-up process and direct customers to our website.
- Manage the sales database to track new leads and build on existing leads
- Respond in a timely and effective manner to commercial and internet sales inquiries

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
