The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate accounting records including general ledger entries and maintenance. In this position you will prepare financial statements, prepare supporting financial schedules, reconcile bank and investment accounts, perform research on transactions, and handle complex calculations and prepare ad hoc reports. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills are critical.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- Process invoices for payment
- Reconcile accounts
- Follow up on all submitted invoices
- Complete daily billing summary daily as needed
- Process credit card receipts
- Monitor all company credit cards and assist in monthly reconciliation
- Processing and managing payroll
- General admin support
Requirements of the Bookkeeper:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Software Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)
- Prior Bookkeeping experience (general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing, or any related experience)
- Experience using Great Plains or ADP is desired but not required.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform detail-oriented research
- Numbers oriented
Salary : $30 - $35
