What We're Looking For
- Polished, professional communication skills
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience with strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and overall comfort with technology
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; business or college degree is a plus
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Handles confidential financial and customer information with professionalism and discretion
- A dependable, steady work ethic that can be counted on to see things through

Responsibilities
- Enter daily deposits, sales, and journal entries into QuickBooks
- Enter customer and order information into our customer management software
- Assist with sales tax reporting
- Process emails from vendors, suppliers, customers, and team members
- Manage incoming business mail
- Monitor product orders from placement through delivery and proactively follow up with vendors to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized customer and vendor files
- Review sales paperwork for completeness and accuracy before processing customer orders
- Prepare order paperwork for approval
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed while protecting the reputation of the company and our customers
- Handle confidential customer and financial information with accuracy and discretion
