Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Supervisor/Foreman to lead our landscaping installation team this year.
(Starting in the Spring)

This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating projects to deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. The Landscaping Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing and running crews for every jobsite, managing and operating equipment, managing logistics to and from job-sites, proper communication with office officials, keeping track of material usage and maintaining safety protocols to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, including irrigation and hardscape prep and install, proper staging from start to finish and communication with client and front office on project timeline and schedule.
- Oversee landscaping installation activities such as Vehicle/Equipment operations, irrigation installation and repairs, sod prep and installation, concrete prep and xeriscaping.
- Manage and train crew members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist with construction-related tasks including site preparation, grading, and installation of client requested features.
- Daily Maintence of equipment, trucks, trailers and tools, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
- Schedule daily work assignments and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols on all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress to front office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Landscape Installation, Equipment Operating Skills, Horticulture Knowledge and Drainage and Runoff understanding.
- Supervising experience within landscaping or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and general landscaping techniques.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: a strong work ethic.
