Please note that this is a Contract/Temporary position and is not eligible for remote work.
As a Sales Team Member, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and interacting directly with customers. Our approach involves a personalized demonstration of products to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers and provide detailed information about our products.
- Perform product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- Set up and manage product displays at various locations.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and product issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
- Reliable transportation to Company office in Orem, UT.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently when required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
