Salary : $85,000 - $95,000 per year
Role Overview :
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our Planning and Purchasing team. The role focuses on optimizing inventory levels, ensuring smooth production and material flow, and maintaining data integrity in our ERP-SAP system.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our Planning and Purchasing team. The role focuses on optimizing inventory levels, ensuring smooth production and material flow, and maintaining data integrity in our ERP-SAP system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage production and purchase orders to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain SAP system parameters to control inventory and material flow.
- Meet or exceed on-time shipment (OTS) targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customer service and operations.
- Analyze and manage inventory to minimize stock while meeting customer demands.
- Proactively manage inventory to prevent shortages and handle slow-moving materials.
- Collaborate with various departments, including production and purchasing, to ensure efficient planning.
- Update and maintain planning procedures and master data.
- Prepare inventory, production, and sales reports.
- Continuously improve planning processes and performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- SAP and MRP experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- APICS or similar certification.
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) and production planning techniques.
