This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located in Mead, WA. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, and implementing care plans tailored to residents’ needs. The candidate will administer medications, monitor residents’ health conditions, and collaborate with the care team. The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and fostering a safe and compassionate environment for residents.

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington
• Strong clinical and patient care skills, including medication administration and health assessment
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in elder care or long-term care facilities is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit strong organizational skills
• CPR and BLS certification preferred
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to quality care
