Position-Clinic RN, LPN or MA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of approved MA program with obtainment of State Certification; 3-6 months of related experience preferred. Completion of approved CNA program with obtainment of State Certification; 3-6 months of related experience preferred. Completion of approved, accredited LPN nursing program. Clinical experience preferred.
Schedule-Day Shift 36-40 hrs. /week

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts.
- Prepares equipment and aids Provider during treatment and examination of patient.
- Gives injections or treatments, and performs routine laboratory tests under the direction of the Provider
- Rooms patients in a timely manner with effective patient/Provider
- Reviews patient medications and documents in chart at every visit.
- Tracks procedures for results.
- Initiates patient education as prescribed by Physician including patient and family instruction.
- Participates in department quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI).
