We are looking for an energetic Assistant to join our growing tax services team! The successful candidate will work closely with a team to provide an exceptional client experience and execute the delivery of tax compliance advisory services.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the creation of professional project proposals
- Review and analyze client financial records
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle
- Contact and correspond on client’s behalf with the taxing authorities, third parties, and other agents necessary to support your positions
- Create, review and format documents and letters into final form
- Consistently meet project deadlines
- Set appointments, calls, meetings and manage shared calendars
- Assist in contacting clients and other associated parties as directed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and act as first point of contact for clients
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with close attention to detail
- Manage and maintain document organization and account files, electronic and hard copy
- Maintain and submit time entries for purpose of billing clients
- Manage a 80% billable utilization rate
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and thrives as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
- Superior organization and time management skills with ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail skills and takes pride in quality of work delivered
- Proficient with computers and the Microsoft Office suite
