The Role

Rockwater Associates is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our dynamic Tax Resolution Sales team. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from outbound calls and lead qualifications to presenting, negotiating, and closing new business. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation

· Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls daily to warm leads

· Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our service offerings.

· Maintain an active pipeline by consistently managing your book of clients

Sales Execution

· Conduct consultative sales presentations tailored to prospect needs.

· Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.

· Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Relationship Management

· Build trust and credibility with small-to-mid-sized businesses.

· Partner with internal service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff.

· Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on lead quality, objections, and emerging trends.

Reporting, Tool & KPI”s

· Accurately log all activities in the company’s CRM.

· Track daily KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, deals closed).

· Prepare regular pipeline and forecast reports for management

· Work closely with your manager and the sales team to meet sales objectives and continually improve your approach through feedback and ongoing training.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or experience

- This position is required to be in office full-time

- 3 years of prior B2B proven commission sales experience

- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Tech savvy: CRM experience is a plus

- Enthusiastic about building customer relationships

- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

- Receptiveness to evaluation, coaching, constructive feedback, and on-going training and development

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advise clients at all levels.

- Strong business acumen and judgment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
