Mobile Service Technician

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our team based out of Waterford, CT, supporting customers throughout the State of Connecticut. The territory includes areas such as New London, Tolland, Windham, Middlesex, Hartford, and surrounding areas.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel to fire departments, industrial facilities, and other customer locations to inspect, maintain, repair, and certify Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and other breathing air equipment used by firefighters and emergency responders.

This is a customer-facing, field-based position, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy solving mechanical problems. You'll work independently, build strong customer relationships, and represent the company professionally at each job site.

Candidates with experience as a Service Technician, Mechanic, HVAC Technician, Firefighter, Field Service Technician, or those who have worked with compressed air systems, air compressors, breathing air equipment, or similar mechanical equipment are encouraged to apply. We're looking for candidates with related experience who are willing to learn.

No SCBA experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and certification through an in-depth onboarding program to ensure you're fully prepared for the role.
