WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Assist production manager in all production tasks.

· Follow and maintain production WIP to ensure it's always up to date

· Communicate with sample room, printing and receiving departments to manage in-house operations

· Placing POs to vendors

· Creating pull tickets

· Updating fields necessary to publish style

· ·Ensure trend and product detail tagging

· Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management

· Email correspondences in a timely and communicative manner

· Help data entry department with closing po's and managing the system

· Making sure the recieving department has the right packing lists from overseas

· Pulling samples for photos, and ensuring all photos are in for publishing

· Assisting with pulling samples for various departments

Qualifications:

· High level of attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task while staying organized while under tight deadlines
· High sense of urgency, punctuality, and timeliness
· Must have a strong work ethic and motivation to learn
· Works well individually, as well as, with a team
· Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
· Flexible and adaptable to a very fast-paced environment
· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Requirements

· ** Spanish Speaking Required **

· Degree in Fashion or Product Development

· Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Word, and online navigation

· Understanding of garment bodies and fashion trends

· Previous experience with data entry

· Previous experience with assisting in production

· Previous experience with Shopify a plus

· Previous experience with an ERP system a plus
