Job Summary: As an Account Executive at Rockspoon POS, you will be instrumental in transforming the way restaurants operate. Your main responsibility will be to prospect, build relationships, and sign-up new restaurateurs in your local area. By taking a consultative approach, you will understand their unique needs and develop a solutions that help their businesses thrive. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for sales to help us establish and grow the RockSpoon brand in your geographic territory.
Responsibilities:

  • Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from the initial call to closing deals (experience with self-sourcing clients is a significant advantage).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and develop tailored solutions that best meet the prospects' needs.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met during delivery.
  • Utilize our CRM platform, to manage and track all sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and effectively position Rockspoon POS in the market.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with a track record of success preferred.
  • Knowledge of restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Sales experience, particularly in hunting for new clients, is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
