Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Take orders accurately using the TOAST POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Answer phone calls and manage takeout orders
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Assist with light prep or other tasks as needed
- Experience
- Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be reliable and punctual
