Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Position Overview
Rockhill is hiring a Tenant Coordinator to support the General Manager/Property Manager in managing the property, including building operations, financial activities and amenity related items. Provide superior service to tenants and property owners.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the management office
- Answer and direct all calls coming into the management office’s main line
- Provide direct administrative support to management staff, engineering, security, and janitorial teams including ordering supplies, maintaining files, producing and distributing forms, etc.
- Oversee and calculate tenant billings including utilities, work orders, purchases, and miscellaneous service requests
- Assist with scheduling and contracting vendor work throughout the building, accurately communicating impacts to tenants
- Support building, tenant, and outside user group events, coordinating with vendors and facilitating room setups, catering orders, and other event details.
- Prepare and review monthly rent statements for accuracy
- Ensure all invoices for the property are coded and processed
- Communicate with building tenants and vendors
- Maintain online work order and visitor entry software
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move outs, including loading dock and freight reservations
- Maintain proper documentation for Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors
- Review tenant requests daily, working with building staff to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct facility inspections within the property
- Additional related duties as needed
