Position Description:
Rockpoint is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Director of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing strategy, execution, and operational efficiency across multiple brands. This role unites marketing and business operations, driving lead generation, digital growth, brand visibility, and brand identity.
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a doer, comfortable designing campaigns, managing digital initiatives, and using data to inform decisions. The ideal candidate is a lawyer or a marketer with an extensive legal background. This is a working director role, someone who rolls up their sleeves, leads by example, and drives measurable results through data, creativity, and collaboration.
This role will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage legal expertise to interpret and apply court data, legal trends, and regulatory insights into marketing and operational decision-making.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company growth goals
- Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns
- Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure ROI.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media and paid advertising
- Oversee website performance, analytics, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Lead creation and publication of engaging, brand-consistent content across platforms
- Read, analyze, and extract actionable data from court dockets and filings
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline document handling, data aggregation, and campaign execution.
- Build dashboards and structured reporting to measure KPIs, campaign performance, and lead quality. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to clearly articulate findings of the data to the management team and prepare actionable recommendations.
- Oversee and mentor marketing contributors and vendors/external agencies to deliver quality and timely marketing output.
Qualifications:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation.
- JD or extensive legal knowledge strongly preferred, with the ability to interpret and apply legal or regulatory insights to marketing and operational strategy.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and extract actionable data from court dockets and filings.
- Proven ability to both strategize and execute, from campaign design to analytics and optimization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with docket search processes, litigation workflows, and the legal funding industry.
- Proficiency in AI, marketing automation, and workflow tools.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

$160,000 - $190,000 per year
