Essential Accountabilities
- Demonstrated Leadership (Lead RRITE)
- Understanding of efficient line operation and process
- Ability to utilize predictive monitoring equipment to plan PMs (Assetwatch)
- Demonstrated ability to utilize RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to identify underlying problems.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting, repair, and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies and act as a primary technical resource.
- Provide advanced labor and specialized expertise to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Provide advanced technical problem-solving and critical support.
- Proactively partner with the Equipment Planner and Continuous Improvement Technician.
- Completes and optimizes assigned rebuild work orders.
- Utilize maintenance EAM software to track all work progress and materials to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Proactively partner with the Parts Room Coordinator to optimize parts inventory and availability.
- Strategically plan for and execute advanced predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
- Initiate, lead, and drive process development activities and projects.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive technical training program and materials.
- Lead continuous improvement projects from conception to completion.

- Must possess a high school diploma
- Must have excellent safety and attendance records
- Minimum 5 years mechanical background or equivalent education and experience (i.e. Associate Degree in a technical field 3 year experience).
- Advanced experience maintaining/troubleshooting machine control systems required
- Knowledge of OSHA Industrial Safety standards and practices
- Strong welding/fabricating/layout skills required
- Good communication/documentation skills, ability to read and write English
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft.
- Machine Tool experience a plus
- Basic computer skills required
- Forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Tech I and completion of an additional 5 online and in-house trainings along with the 6 online and in-house trainings for Maintenance Technician II – Electrical Power (MST); Electrical Control (MST); Cutting Head (In-house); Saw Rebuild (In-house); Ilapack Jaw Assembly (In-house).
- Continued growth in ECT field via – ladder logic, connection to PLC, analog/digital IO, etc.
- Must be able to communicate face-to-face and over the phone
- Frequent sitting and standing, as well as occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and reaching above shoulder level.
- Must be able to stand at least 8-12 hours
- Work environment includes occasional noise >85db and hot and cold temperatures.
- Requires ability to read, write, calculate and reason.
