Essential Accountabilities
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
- Leads or participates in continuous improvement projects focused on equipment safety, product quality, production efficiencies, and equipment performance. Measures improvements and establishes trials as needed.
- Identifies needed improvement to Fuji folders & other production equipment and establishes metrics to measure improvements.
- Establishes metrics for equipment operation & settings and tracks and holds operators accountable to metrics.
- Evaluates and assesses maintenance staff to determine training needs and develops employees to improve their maintenance skills and interpersonal skills.
- Oversees Technical Operators regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Establishes and provides training regarding existing, new or revised processes related to Fuji Equipment.
- Collaborates with training team to ensure Fuji operation and repair guideline materials are up to date and regarding Folder Operator certification requirements.
- Upon Request, leads the breakdown, rebuild, improvement, and modification of Fuji Folders for the Global Engineering Team.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field or 5 years progressively responsible in industrial maintenance with 3 to 5 years of experience working with wet wipe manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner.
- Strong verbal, written and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated Leadership skills.
- Must be able to use Inventor software, or equivalent, as tool for CI.
- Must be able to communicate face-to-face.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional to frequent standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and reaching.
- Requires the ability to read, write, calculate and analyze.
- Work environment includes occasional hot and cold temperatures.
- Requires good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision.
