What are the responsibilities and job description for the Second Shift Maintenance Technician position at ROCKLAND MANUFACTURING?

YOUR JOB:
You’ll be performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues on manual and electronically controlled equipment, as well as other facility structures/systems, in a heavy metal fabrication environment. This is a 2nd shift position and training will be provided to help you grow your skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Help troubleshoot and repair machinery and facility systems
- Work with experienced technicians to learn best practices and procedures
- Perform basic inspection and repair of physical plant
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Some maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
