WHO WE ARE:
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
Support Rockland Parts & Service Department By:
- Providing world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates
- Communicating effectively with heavy equipment dealership sales, service, parts, and maintenance teams
- Resolving customer complaints and providing technical support to customers
- Maintaining case details in Rockland’s customer complaint reporting system
- Reviewing warranty claims, service estimates, and work orders
- Providing quotes for replacement parts and services
- Creating and processing sales orders
- Documenting warranty action plans and resolutions and collaborating with the internal teams to prevent issues
- Providing follow-up support to Rockland customers
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management, planning, organizational and task execution skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt and be flexible with changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a customer service or product support role
- ERP experience
- Desire to learn
