- Recruit, train, mentor and appraise all personnel; assist in overseeing upwards of 100 food and beverage team members
- Excellent supervisory, training, and communication skills
- Demonstrate high sanitation standards and exceptional attention to detail Qualifications:
- Several years management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Working knowledge of various software programs (such as POS system, MS Office)
