What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise restaurant shifts
- Support and motivate crew members to achieve strong performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new employees
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are followed
- Help manage shift productivity and operational efficiency
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with restaurant management to achieve sales and operational goals
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience
- 2 years of leadership, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
