What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Administrative Assistant position at ROCKFORD PARK DISTRICT?
Assists Capital Department with special projects and various admirative duties.

Operational Excellence
- Operates office equipment including computer, scan, and copy machine.
- Scans and files project and grant files.
- Maintains and files flat files.
- Reviews files for scanning, creating subfolders in shared drive.
- Prop for meetings/special events.
- General office organizational work.
- Special projects as needed (May include filed work).
Education/Experience
High School or GED Equivalent , Some college preferred.
- Good communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal

Keyboarding and some familiarity with word processing

Must possess good organizational skills and be able to pay attention to detail
