Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant nightlife environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of hygiene in the bar area.

Skills

• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Experience in food service or culinary settings is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume environment.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques to assist in menu offerings when necessary.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation and service.
