Summary
As a Bartender at Dobbin House Tavern, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere. This role is essential to enhancing our guests' experience while contributing to the rich history and ambiance of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Primarily working evenings in our service bar.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management.
- Support banquet services as needed during special events or large gatherings.
Qualifications
- Proven in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions.
