Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Countertop Fabricator Installer's to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Measure, cut, shape, and fabricate countertops using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to meet project specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute installation plans.
- Install countertops and related building materials securely following safety protocols and industry standards.
- Perform surface preparation tasks such as caulking, sealing, and finishing to ensure a polished appearance.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for material handling or site preparation related to countertop installation projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in countertop fabrication and installation with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam software for digital plans review and markups.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and interpreting technical drawings for precise measurements (dimensional measurements).
- Familiarity with various construction trades such as plumbing, electrical work, tile masonry, carpentry, roofing, plastering, masonry, welding, flooring installation, and concrete finishing.
- Ability to read construction plans accurately and follow schematics for complex installations.
- Experience with building material installation including glass, cabinetry, fixtures, trim carpentry, stucco, gutters, and restoration work.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites; ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients; attention to detail is essential for quality workmanship.
