What are the responsibilities and job description for the TA Travel Center - Porter position at Rockets Travel Center (TA - Dale, IN)?
In this role, you can expect to:
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Typically work evenings and some weekends (approximately 32-40 hours per week)
- Keep the lot clean and assisting professional drivers
- Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information
- Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions. Follows the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals.
- Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers
- Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers
- Contribute to store cleanliness and stocking walk-in cooler
- Help maintain shower cleanliness for professional drivers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
