COME JOIN OUR TEAM AT OUR BEDFORD, INDIANA LOCATION. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STORE MANAGER FOR OUR CONVENIENCE STORE FOODSERVICE. THIS IS A MARATHON LOCATION OWNED BY ROCKET FUELS, INC.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory
management
-Maintain a professional appearance
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Train and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers
- Manage store budget and expenses effectively
- Collaborate with the assistant manager, foodservice employees, and company executives to achieve overall business goals
Experience:
- Proven experience as a store manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
