About The Role
- Support people development managers in research, data collection, and analysis to help drive talent solutions
- Assist in tracking program milestones and maintaining comprehensive development plans
- Help prepare training documentation, presentations, and status reports for various stakeholders
- Participate in identifying success metrics and qualitative success criteria for development programs
- Learn to maintain program documentation and resources in a rapidly changing work environment
- Support communication efforts between team members and stakeholders
- Shadow people development professionals to understand how talent initiatives impact business outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Completion of coursework in human resources, talent development, or organizational behavior
- Previous internship or work experience in a people-focused setting
- Experience with basic data analysis or research projects
- Interest in learning about talent development methodologies
