About The Role
- Assist in identifying and investigating data quality issues under senior engineer guidance
- Support the development of Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes from various data repositories
- Learn to work in hybrid data environments with on-premises and cloud data warehouses
- Assist in designing and documenting relational and non-relational data models
- Support monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues in data environments
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions with the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Basic proficiency writing SQL queries
- Familiarity with at least one functional or object-oriented programming language
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Understanding of REST APIs and data integration concepts
- Exposure to CI/CD tools or automated deployment processes
