About The Role
- Support the design, development, and testing of application changes under supervision
- Assist in configuring and managing multiuser systems
- Help improve and automate processes, including data retrieval
- Maintain application integrity and functionality with guidance
- Contribute to developing simple automation scripts to reduce manual tasks
- Participate in analyzing and proposing application changes to meet business needs
- Learn system details and help educate end users on best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-directed approach
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, PowerShell, .NET, C#) through coursework or projects
- Experience with learning automation and application configuration
- Experience with vendor applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Varicent, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
