Role Description The Executive Loan Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. This position manages a pipeline of borrowers, conducts detailed needs assessments, and recommends appropriate loan products aligned with client financial goals and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and reviewing financial documentation, running loan scenarios, preparing and presenting loan options, and coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely approvals. The Executive Loan Officer communicates regularly with clients via phone, video, and digital channels, providing clear explanations of terms, rates, and requirements while maintaining accurate records in Rocket’s systems.
