The Outbound Shipping Lead is relied upon for completing a variety of B2B and B2C fulfillment tasks in a self-directed manner, quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and complete tasks according to business priority.
• Pick/ Pack Experience
• Outbound Shipping Experience a must
• Utilize multiple internally and client facing software programs to manage stock and process flow.
• Perform work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of detail.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with FBA, FBM, D2C, B2B

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Min. 2 years of experience within a warehouse fulfillment environment, working as a lead or similar role requiring self-direction.
• Ability to make effective decisions in an appropriate manner.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with the public, customers, and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions while standing, for long periods of time.

• Sunday – Wednesday
• 7:00am – 5:30pm
• Onsite in our Allentown, PA facility
• $18.00- $22.00 an hour
