The Outbound Shipping Lead is relied upon for completing a variety of B2B and B2C fulfillment tasks in a self-directed manner, quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and complete tasks according to business priority.
- Pick/ Pack Experience
- Outbound Shipping Experience a must
- Utilize multiple internally and client facing software programs to manage stock and process flow.
- Perform work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of detail.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with FBA, FBM, D2C, B2B
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Min. 2 years of experience within a warehouse fulfillment environment, working as a lead or similar role requiring self-direction
- Ability to make effective decisions in an appropriate manner
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with the public, customers, and co-workers in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions while standing, for long periods of time
