Rocket Pest Control is seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will represent our company by selling pest control products and services to businesses, organizations, and customers. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Create and implement strategies to retain existing accounts and acquire new business, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers, schedule appointments, and understand their business goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain sales schedules and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
- Proposal Development: Design and present customized pest control programs, securing all necessary approvals.
- CRM Utilization: Manage daily sales activities using PestPac and other CRM systems.
- New Account Development: Actively seek and develop new accounts, representing Rocket Pest to potential customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Sales Training and Development: Attend training sessions and continuously build product knowledge.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to implement programs that generate new leads through cold calls, campaigns, and referrals.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule pest control service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
- Client Account Management: Prepare proposals/quotes, manage special projects, and execute account analysis.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with Branch and Service Managers, administrative staff, and builder programs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in commercial sales or a related field.
- Experience with CRM tools (PestPac preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
- Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and a three-year motor vehicle report.
- Must meet insurance carrier eligibility requirements.
