About the role Build and manage dashboards to track marketing campaign and channel performance across the full funnel Analyze mid-funnel and full-funnel metrics to find trends and optimization opportunities Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate campaign, channel, and message impact Transform data analysis into compelling stories that support marketing decisions Collaborate with marketing to set campaign goals, define KPIs, and report on results Use statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics to improve performance marketing, including multi-touch analysis, attribution, and multi-channel performance evaluation Architect solutions to ensure the right data is captured for measuring audience segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI About you Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field 5 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist in marketing or advertising Skilled in SQL, Python or R, and analytics tools like Power BI, AWS, Amplitude; Sprout experience is a plus Solid background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experimental design Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience with large and complex datasets, including unstructured data Excellent communicator, able to make technical topics clear for any audience Preferred qualifications Master’s degree or MBA Consulting experience providing analytical insights to marketing teams Proven ability to connect analytics to marketing strategy—shaping campaigns, channel mix, and audience segmentation Experience with marketing attribution, customer journey analytics, multi-touch analysis, and demonstrating business impact through data Expertise in analyzing and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies and integrating data from multiple sources Experience architecting data solutions to ensure proper capture of audience segmentation and campaign performance metrics Comfortable with marketing tech stacks and integrating diverse data sources Knowledge of agile project management Advanced technical skills in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, AWS, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics and Sprout Social Hands-on experience with machine learning, cloud analytics, performance measurement, and attribution technologies What You’ll Get Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
