We are a Washington-based cannabis company operating in the i502 recreational market with a portfolio of 3 established brands. Our products include indoor flower, prerolls, vapes/other concentrates, and gummy assortment. We are focused on rebuilding momentum and expanding our footprint across the state.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, highly motivated Cannabis Sales Representatives who understand the Washington i502 market and know how to get deals done. This is a commission-only role ideal for self-driven sales professionals with existing retailer relationships and a deep understanding of dispensary buying behavior.
We are hiring for two territories:
- Western Washington
- Eastern Washington
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with licensed cannabis retailers
- Drive sell-in of products across multiple brands
- Secure new accounts and expand shelf space in existing accounts
- Execute promotions, pricing strategies, and product launches
- Maintain consistent communication with buyers and store managers
- Track sales activity and report performance regularly
- Represent the company professionally in all market interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in cannabis sales (i502 market strongly preferred)
- Existing relationships with WA dispensaries is a major plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Knowledge of compliance and regulations in Washington cannabis market
