Overview:
The Security Guard at Rocker B Ranch is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for youth players, guests, and staff. Typical duties include onsite monitoring of the premises, enforcing safety and security procedures, and responding to security incidents
Responsibilities:
· Patrolling and monitoring activities on the companys premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure.
· Provide conflict resolution for incidents that happen on the companys premises.
· Physical security and personnel security knowledge.
· Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property.
· Using communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Law enforcement training or experience required.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
· Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Preferred:
· Experience in private security preferred.
Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:
· Able to move at least 50 pounds.
