Overview:
The successful Custodian responsibilities, job duties, and major tasks are to assist with the day-to-day, event and post-event cleaning operations in trash removal and janitorial services at Rocker B Ranch.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the cleaning of the complex from a day-to-day, pre-event, during event, and post-event perspective.
· Assist with all cleaning operations in trash removal and janitorial services.
· Be reliable and ensure regular attendance for designated shifts.
· Always deliver excellent work and maintain high standards, regardless of the situation.
· Recognize and avoid all hazards which may include, but not limited to slipping, tripping, falling.
· Perform job responsibilities in a professional manner, while projecting a positive Company image.
· Complete all job duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
· Possess cleaning product knowledge and proper usage of products.
· Strong detail-orientation, with ability to problem-solve.
· A friendly personality and excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and high-energy.
· Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Rocker B Ranch name and brand, working with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently.
· Adhere to Rocker B Ranch policies and procedures.
· Work well with management, staff, and customers.
· Work Schedule will vary; nights and weekends will be required based on business needs.
Preferred:
· Experience in custodial/housekeeping services field in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working at a sports venue or large meeting venues.
· Knowledge of Bloodborne Pathogens regulations.
Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:
· Stand and/or walk during entire shift in all types of weather conditions.
· Lift and/or carry no less than 50 lbs.; ability to reach and bend.
