Rockbridge Farmer's Cooperative Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join ourgrowing team!!
Responsibilities:
· Install a variety of residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces and ductless mini-splits.
· Perform start-ups and ensure proper system functionality.
· Complete residential & commercial HVAC system installations.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous HVAC installation experience is required.
- Ability to accurately measure, fabricate, and install ductwork.
- Complete residential and commercial HVAC system installations.
- Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, tight areas and outdoors.
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffold.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Full Time hourly position
- Monday – Friday
- Overtime available during peak seasons and as needed
