Qualifications
Must hold appropriate NJ certification;
Must possess strong communication; managerial and leadership skills;
Demonstrated knowledge of the laws and legal requirements surrounding the responsibilities;
Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a diverse school community;
Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities;
Be able to effectively use technology including, but not limited to technology for surveying, graphic and the presentation of data;
Establish and maintain relationships with local community groups and individuals to develop, foster and solicit understanding and support for overall school objectives and programs;
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of English by communicating with reasonable clarity, conciseness, and precision in both speaking and writing;
Must be reliable and of good moral character;
Must meet criminal background check.
Working Conditions: Full Time Tenure Track
Salary: Ranges from $63,495.00-$107,695.00 (Prorated)
Per Negotiated Contract (p. 42)
Benefits include: 12 sick days and 6 nonwork days (Prorated)
State Pension with life insurance
Tuition Reimbursement per the negotiated contract linked above

If you already work for the school district as of September 1, 2011, and you do not live in New Jersey, you are not required to move to New Jersey. However, if you begin your office, position or employment on September 1, 2011 or later, you must reside in New Jersey. If you do not reside in New Jersey, you have one year after the date you take your office, position or employment to relocate your residence to New Jersey. If you do not do so, you are subject to removal from your office, position or employment
