Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00/hr

MUST speak Haitian Creole and English fluently to be considered for this position.

We are hiring a Creole Speaking Care Coordinator to join our home care team in Inwood, NY (Long Island) . This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role where you will work closely with caregivers and clients to make sure shifts are filled, schedules run smoothly, and issues get resolved quickly.

Candidates with a background in customer service, call centers, or staffing are encouraged to apply. Home care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign caregivers (HHAs/PCAs) to client cases
• Fill open shifts and handle last-minute call-offs
• Answer calls from patients, families, and staff professionally
• Track attendance and maintain accurate records
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Haitian Creole and English — required
• 1 year of experience in customer service, scheduling, call center, staffing, or home care
• Strong phone communication skills — professional, patient, and clear
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer-based scheduling or documentation systems
• Able to commute to and work on-site in Inwood, NY
• Home care or healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement
