Responsibilities- Design a variety of items, including (but not limited to) T-shirts, logos, flyers, banners, and social media posts.
- Assist with screen printing, including preparing, printing, and maintaining equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production processes.
- Manage and organize digital files to streamline project workflows.
- Assist clients by understanding their design needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Support event preparation and execution, including setup, breakdown, and on-site assistance.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Knowledge or interest in screen printing is a plus (training provided if necessary).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- A team player who can also work independently when needed.
