What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Crew Member position at Rock Shelter Landscape Design and Construction?
We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Landscaper to join our crew! As a member of our landscaping team, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties. From routine maintenance to planting, irrigation, and lighting installation, we want someone who brings attention to detail and pride in their craft.
What You’ll Do
- Operate machinery (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.) to perform landscape maintenance tasks (mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning, etc.
- Assist with planting and seasonal installations
- Assist with irrigation and lighting system repairs, checks, and installation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ensure that safety regulations are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in landscaping, maintenance, planting, irrigation and/or lighting (minimum of 1 year preferred)
- A strong work ethic and motivation to learn and grow
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A positive attitude and pride in a job well done
- Valid driver’s license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Lawn Care: 1 year (Required)
