Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information or routing as needed
- Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Excel
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and managing correspondence
- Utilize computer skills to perform various administrative functions.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
